Shipping, returns & policies

Simple, fair policies for customers across India.

Shipping & delivery

  • We deliver to most PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below this have a delivery charge of ₹79.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready.
  • You will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

Cancellation, returns & refunds

  • Cancellation: you can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Hygiene: as a personal-care product, opened or used jars cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.

Privacy policy

We collect only the details you give us — name, mobile number, email, delivery address and PIN code — to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support and, if you sign up, send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with delivery and payment partners as needed to complete your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card or UPI details. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@aayura.net. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • Our products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please patch test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Individual results vary.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
